Oxford cotton fabric is a type of natural cloth that comes in a wide range of weaves and styles. This fabric has a high thread count and is generally much thicker than the average shirt fabric, which contributes to the durability of the shirt. This fabric is easy to spot and clean, as well as machine-washable.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return. Below are the conditions and options available to you.
Conditions to Complete a Return
You must initiate your return before the deadline:
- Online Store: 30 days from your order date
- Retail Store: 14 days from your order date
Items must be in their original condition and include all labels:
- Returned with original packaging
- All labels still attached
- Unaltered/unhemmed/undamaged
- Unworn
Items tagged as sale or value items are strictly non-returnable. For retail purchases, the original receipt must be kept and shown to process a return.
Who Pays for Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (incorrect item sent, defective product, or wrong size shipped), we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size chosen, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
How to Exchange
- Exchange accepted within 14 days for retail purchases and 30 days for online purchases.
- Exchanges can be made for items of equal, lesser, or higher value than the original purchase.
- Each exchange is limited to one item; you cannot exchange one product for two or more items, even if their combined value matches the original purchase.
- If you wish to exchange for an item of higher value, the difference must be paid via bank transfer to our account.
- For exchanges involving a product of lesser value, please note that the remaining balance will not be refunded or credited.
- For retail purchase, the original receipt must be kept and shown in order to exchange item.
- No exchange for sale items, last chance items, personalised items, or gift cards.
- International orders are not eligible for exchange. Please ensure all measurements and order details are accurate before purchasing.
How to Refund
Once we've processed the return of your items, we'll proceed with the refund.
- In-store purchases: Not eligible for monetary refunds. You may opt for an item exchange instead.
- Online purchases: Refunds are processed via bank transfer.
- International orders: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on international orders at this time. Please check all product measurements and details carefully before ordering. If you need sizing help, reach out to our team — we're here to help.
