Is knitwear too warm for Malaysia?

Fine-gauge knitwear is comfortable indoors and in air-conditioned environments. Choose lightweight cotton and cotton-blend knits over wool for daily wear here.

Can I wear a knit polo to the office?

Yes. A knit polo with tailored trousers and loafers is a well-established smart casual look and is acceptable in most Malaysian workplaces short of strict corporate dress codes.

How do I stop knitwear stretching?

Fold rather than hang it. Hanging pulls the shoulders out of shape over time. Wash cold and dry flat.

What is a sleeveless knit for?

It layers over a shirt to add texture and a suggestion of formality without the heat of a jacket. It also works alone in more casual settings.

How do I deal with pilling?

Use a fabric shaver or pill comb gently across the surface. Pilling is normal on knitwear and mostly occurs where fabric rubs, such as under the arms.
