Questions
What is the Zeve VIP Club?
Zeve's loyalty programme. You earn one point for every RM1 spent, with higher multipliers at Prime and Alpha, and redeem points for vouchers, early access to sales and event invitations.
How do I join?
In store: if you've made a purchase at any Zeve boutique and given our staff your phone number, you're already a member.
Online: membership activates the moment you complete your first order. It's free.
I'm an existing customer. How do I register?
Make one more purchase, online or in store, using the same phone number you registered with. Your past spending still counts toward your tier and your benefits unlock automatically.
How do I track my points?
Enter your phone number in the member dashboard, or ask our staff at any boutique.
Do my points or tier expire?
Yes. Points and tier status expire 12 months from the date of purchase, so redeem them in time.
Can I combine a voucher with other discounts?
No. Vouchers can't be combined with other ongoing promotions or discounts.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
You can return the item, but points used on that purchase, including any redeemed voucher, won't be refunded or reinstated.
