• International expedited shipping will take 2-5 working days. Shipping Fees will be calculated upon checkout.

• Free shipping in peninsular Malaysia (above RM299).

• Free shipping in Sabah/Sarawak (above RM499).

• Same-day delivery is available every day for orders placed before 12 PM. Orders placed after 12 PM for same-day delivery will be shipped the next day.

Exchange & Refund

• Exchange & refund are accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged in any way.

• Exchange & refund must be made within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Strictly no exchange & refund for clearance item, sale item, personalisation item, and gift cards.

• International orders are not eligible for exchange & refund. Please ensure all measurements and order details are accurate before purchasing.
